$65 travel fee for counties neighboring St. Charles (St. Louis, Franklin, Warren, Jefferson, Lincoln)
Fee will not be refunded if customer is more than 15 minutes late or does not provide a minimum 1 hour notice of cancellation.
Fee will not be refunded if notarization is unable to be completed due to any reason not at fault of the notary public
