$25 after hours fee assessed for all appointments that occur outside of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST or on federal holidays
Fee will not be refunded if customer is more than 15 minutes late or does not provide a minimum 1 hour notice of cancellation.
Fee will not be refunded if notarization is unable to be completed due to any reason not at fault of the notary public
